
The Sales Operations Manager reports to Head of Sales. The job scope for this role includes Sales Operations & Processes, Sales Analysis and Sales Training. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with all Marketing & Sales Unit functions to deliver AOP across all relevant channels/retail environments (direct and indirect). Leads team to monitor fundamental performance and excellence. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the execution of Sales strategy on local level including the planning, coordinating of sales activities and sales goalsetting for field sales teams.
