Job Description
We're currently looking for a Buyer, Direct Materials to join our Procurement team in Ukraine.
About the role
As a Buyer, Direct Materials, you'll play an important role in ensuring a reliable supply of materials that keep our business moving. You'll collaborate with local and international stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive value through cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, aligned with business priorities.
- Lead sourcing projects and supplier tenders to achieve the best commercial and operational outcomes.
- Analyze supplier markets, pricing trends, and procurement risks to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Build long-term partnerships with suppliers and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
- Prepare and manage contracts and amendments in compliance with legal, tax, and company requirements.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through spend analysis and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams on new product launches and business initiatives.
- Monitor procurement performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet cost and cash targets.
- Provide procurement expertise and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure supplier qualification, governance, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain procurement documentation, sourcing plans, and SAP data in line with internal standards.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset and enjoys building long-term business relationships.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- University degree.
- 3+ years of procurement experience as a Buyer, preferably in an international or FMCG company.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach.
- Proactive attitude, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
